Registration for the 2026 season will be active beginning December 8th, 2025 and will close January 9th, 2026.
Registration is currently closed. If you need to contact us regarding the possibility of a late registration, please reach out via Facebook Messenger, or text us at 940-399-7284 with your player's town and grade level. Late registrations are dependent of current registration numbers and team sizes that vary by town and grade level. |

Upcoming Coaches MeetingsCoaches meetings will be held at the Decatur Visitor's Center the January 24, and are MANDATORY. If you absolutely cannot attend, a team or coaching representative must be present in your (the coach) place.
We will contact you by the number written on your player's registration, or the contact information given to us by phone/ e-mail. |
Fundraiser Information
The first fundraiser that will be conducted is World's Finest Chocolate. each player is responsible for selling at least 60 bars unless the player has chosen to opt-out at the time of sign-up.
Coaches will be responsible for collecting money envelopes from players and turning them in to a WCYV board member, (Nancy, or Kat), before the due date.
Envelopes must be CLEARLY MARKED with the player's name and the amount enclosed.
Money WILL NOT be accepted unless in the envelope with the PLAYER'S name and amount indicated.
Parents/ Guardians are responsible for lost or stolen monies and any balances due at the end of the fundraiser or the team will be disqualified from future games until the balance is paid.
