Signups are required for every league player at the beginning of each season. Forms should be submitted with signup fee (check, cash, or money order that is payable to WCYV Inc). Sign up fees are $40 and are due with the form before the due date.
The fundraiser for this season will be World's Finest Chocolate. Each player is responsible for selling at least 60 bars of chocolate. Candy cannot be returned. If a player chooses not to sell chocolate, they may Opt-Out and include the $70 Opt-Out fee in addition to their $40 sign up fee. The Opt-Out fee is due at the time of signup.
